We aspire to operate a fully equipped farming business in George. Our short-term goal is to increase our market share in the private sector, and expand our product offering to the broader Western Cape be it businesses or individuals.
With a history of 10 years, rendering quality and reliable service to local businesses and individuals, have ensured a client base of satisfied returning clients.
A positive reputation has enabled us to do business with other businesses and gain networks to help sustain us throughout the year.
Meet the team
Tea River Agricultural Primary Co-operative Limited is jointly owned by its five members. The entire co-operative membership hails from previously disadvantaged communities. Combined they have a total of 30 years Farming experience with qualifications and skills in diplomas in all aspects of Farming, a diploma in Human Resource, and Skilled Farmers
The Department of Agriculture also assists the team with training interventions needed in this particular sector.
The management team consists of five directors who collectively manage the day-to-day operations including financing, sales, management, and business development.
